Broccoli hemp noodles
Made with Love & Hemp Protein
You need these ingredients for your pasta
🥦 250g Noodles - Dinkel, Whole Grain or similar 🥦 400g Broccoli 🥦 2-4 tbsp Coconut oil 🥦 80g Fresh cheese lite 🥦 10g Hemp protein powder 🥦 6 tbsp Sour cream 🥦 some Salt and pepper 🥦 a pinch Spices of your choice 🥦 2 tbsp Roasted hemp seeds, shelled 🥦 some Garlic
How it works
- Bring the water to the boil, add the pasta and then the salt
- (if you do it this way, you save energy as the salt increases the boiling point of the water and it therefore takes longer to boil)
- While the pasta is cooking, wash the broccoli and cut into small florets
- Pour the coconut oil into a pan and cook the broccoli over medium heat. Make sure it doesn't get too dark
- Put the broccoli to one side on kitchen paper
- Whisk the hemp protein powder with the cream
- Add the cream cheese to the pan
- Refine with the protein cream and season to taste
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds as an eye-catcher
A fried chicken breast or prawns also go particularly well here.
