Zucchini hemp buffer
Made with Love & Hemp Protein
You need these ingredients for your buffer
🥘 300 g zucchini
🥘 500 g Kartoffel
🥘 2 onions
🥘 4 eggs
🥘 4 tbsp spelt flour
🥘 20g hemp protein powder
🥘 1 pinch of salt
🥘 1 pinch of pepper
🥘 200 ml sunflower oil
How it works
- Wash and grate the zucchinis
- Peel and grate the potatoes
- Peel the onions and cut into small cubes
- Drain everything together in a sieve for a few minutes
- Place in a bowl, whisk the eggs with the flour and add them too
- Season with salt, pepper and other spices to taste
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan
- You can use an ice cream scoop to form small, equally sized portions
- Fry them for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown
- It is best to place the pancakes on a plate with kitchen roll after frying to reduce the oil content a little
