Sweet avocado hemp banana bread
Made with Love & Hemp Protein
You need these ingredients for your avocado bread
🥑 2 ripe bananas
🥑 1 ripe avocado
🥑 2 eggs
🥑75ml coconut milk
🥑 50g coconut oil
🥑 20g agave syrup
🥑 20g birch sugar (Xucker)
🥑 30g hemp protein powder
🥑 30g hemp nuts
🥑110g spelt flour
🥑 45g rolled oats
🥑 40g walnuts, chopped
🥑 40g almonds
🥑 2 tsp baking powder
🥑 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
🥑 1 pinch of salt
How it works
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat
- Line a 22 cm loaf tin with baking paper
- Mix all the dry ingredients (spelt flour, hemp protein powder, hemp nuts, rolled oats, baking powder, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon & salt) together in a second bowl
- Blend the bananas, avocado, eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil & agave syrup briefly in a blender to a semi-coarse consistency
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for approx. 50 - 60 minutes
- You can use the wooden stick test to see if your banana bread is ready
- Remove, leave to cool & enjoy
