Hemp rolls with hemp protein powder

You need these ingredients for your Hemp rolls
🥨 3 eggs 🥨 100 g cream cheese 🥨 1 pinch of salt 🥨 3 teaspoons baking powder 🥨 30 g linseed flour 🥨 50 g hemp flour 🥨 2 tsp hemp protein powder 🥨 1 sachet of yeast 🥨 1 sugar cube 🥨 Some warm water
How it works
- Allow the yeast to rise with the sugar cube and a little water to form a pre-dough
- Separate eggs
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff
- Beat the egg yolk and cream cheese until frothy
- Mix hemp flour, linseed flour, hemp protein and baking powder
- Add the flour mixture and yeast to the egg yolk mixture
- Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture
- Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat
- Shape the dough into balls and place on a baking tray (spread a little flour in your hands so that the dough doesn't stick as much when you roll it)
- Bake the rolls for approx. 25-30 minutes until golden brown
- Leave to cool slightly on the tray
